Rapporté par Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-‘As رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Il n’est pas permis à une femme de faire un cadeau (avec le bien de son mari) sans la permission de son mari. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ - حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَجُوزُ لاِمْرَأَةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: It is not permissible for a woman to present a gift (from her husband's property) except with the permission of her husband

عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کسی عورت کے لیے اپنے شوہر کے مال میں سے اس کی اجازت کے بغیر کسی کو عطیہ دینا جائز نہیں ہے ۔
