Hadith 3546 — Livre 24: Wages (Kitab Al-Ijarah)
كتاب الإجارة
Rapporté par ‘Amr ibn Shu’aib, d’après son père, d’après son grand-père رضي الله عنهم : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Il n’est pas permis à une femme de faire un cadeau avec un bien qu’elle possède tant que son mari possède ses droits conjugaux. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، وَحَبِيبٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَجُوزُ لاِمْرَأَةٍ أَمْرٌ فِي مَالِهَا إِذَا مَلَكَ زَوْجُهَا عِصْمَتَهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated 'Amr bin Shu'aib:On his father's authority, said that his grandfather reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: It is not permissible for a woman to present a gift from the property which she has in her possession when her husband owns her chastity

عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کسی عورت کے لیے جائز نہیں کہ وہ اپنے شوہر کے نکاح میں رہتے ہوئے جو اس کی عصمت کا مالک ہے اپنا مال اس کی اجازت کے بغیر خرچ کرے ۔
