Hadith 3393 — Livre 23: Commercial Transactions (Kitab Al-Buyu)
كتاب البيوع
Hanzalah ibn Qays رضي الله عنه a dit qu’il a demandé à Rafi’ ibn Khadij رضي الله عنه au sujet de la location de terres. Il a répondu : « Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit la location de terres. » J’ai demandé : « (A-t-il interdit) contre de l’or et de l’argent (c’est-à-dire des dinars et des dirhams) ? » Il a répondu : « Si c’est contre de l’or et de l’argent, il n’y a pas de mal. »

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ، فَقَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ فَقُلْتُ أَبِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ فَقَالَ أَمَّا بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ فَلاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ .
Traduction anglaise
Hanzalah ibn Qays said that he asked Rafi' ibn Khadij about the lease of land. He replied:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade the leasing of land. I asked: (Did he forbid) for gold and silver (i.e. dinars and dirhams)? He replied: If it is against gold and silver, then there is no harm in it
Traduction en ourdou
حنظلہ بن قیس کہتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے رافع بن خدیج رضی اللہ عنہ سے زمین کو کرایہ پر دینے کے بارے میں پوچھا تو انہوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے زمین کرایہ پر ( کھیتی کے لیے ) دینے سے منع فرمایا ہے، تو میں نے پوچھا: سونے اور چاندی کے بدلے کرایہ کی بات ہو تو؟ تو انہوں نے کہا: رہی بات سونے اور چاندی سے تو اس میں کوئی قباحت نہیں۔
