Rapporté par Urwah : J’atteste que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a décidé que la terre appartient à Allah, et que les serviteurs sont les serviteurs d’Allah. Si quelqu’un met en valeur une terre stérile, il a plus de droit sur elle. Cette tradition nous a été transmise du Prophète ﷺ par ceux qui rapportaient aussi les traditions concernant la prière

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الآمُلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَخْبَرَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَضَى أَنَّ الأَرْضَ أَرْضُ اللَّهِ وَالْعِبَادَ عِبَادُ اللَّهِ وَمَنْ أَحْيَا مَوَاتًا فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ جَاءَنَا بِهَذَا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم الَّذِينَ جَاءُوا بِالصَّلَوَاتِ عَنْهُ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Urwah: I testify that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) decided that the land is the land of Allah, and the servants are the servants of Allah. If anyone brings barren land into cultivation, he has more right to it. This tradition has been transmitted to us from the Prophet (ﷺ) by those who transmitted the traditions about prayer from him
Traduction en ourdou
عروہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں اس بات کی گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ( فیصلہ ) فرمایا ہے کہ زمین اللہ کی ہے اور بندے بھی سب اللہ کے بندے ہیں اور جو شخص کسی بنجر زمین کو آباد کرے تو وہ اس زمین کا زیادہ حقدار ہے، یہ حدیث ہم سے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے واسطہ سے ان لوگوں نے بیان کی ہے جنہوں نے آپ سے نماز کی روایت کی ہے۔
