Rapporté par plusieurs Compagnons du Prophète ﷺ : Safwan rapporte, de la part de plusieurs Compagnons du Messager d’Allah ﷺ, par l’intermédiaire de leurs pères qui étaient parents entre eux : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Faites attention : si quelqu’un porte préjudice à un homme sous contrat, diminue son droit, le force à travailler au-delà de ses capacités, ou lui prend quelque chose sans son consentement, je plaiderai pour lui le Jour du Jugement. »

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَهْرِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو صَخْرٍ الْمَدِينِيُّ، أَنَّ صَفْوَانَ بْنَ سُلَيْمٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عِدَّةٍ، مِنْ أَبْنَاءِ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ آبَائِهِمْ دِنْيَةً عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَلاَ مَنْ ظَلَمَ مُعَاهِدًا أَوِ انْتَقَصَهُ أَوْ كَلَّفَهُ فَوْقَ طَاقَتِهِ أَوْ أَخَذَ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا بِغَيْرِ طِيبِ نَفْسٍ فَأَنَا حَجِيجُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated A number of Companions of the Prophet: Safwan reported from a number of Companions of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) on the authority of their fathers who were relatives of each other. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Beware, if anyone wrongs a contracting man, or diminishes his right, or forces him to work beyond his capacity, or takes from him anything without his consent, I shall plead for him on the Day of Judgment

ابوصخر مدینی کا بیان ہے کہ صفوان بن سلیم نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے اصحاب کے کچھ بیٹوں سے اور انہوں نے اپنے آبائ سے ( جو ایک دوسرے کے عزیز تھے ) اور انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: سنو! جس نے کسی ذمی پر ظلم کیا یا اس کا کوئی حق چھینا یا اس کی طاقت سے زیادہ اس پر بوجھ ڈالا یا اس کی کوئی چیز بغیر اس کی مرضی کے لے لی تو قیامت کے دن میں اس کی طرف سے وکیل ۱؎ ہوں گا ۔
