Rapporté par Aisha (la mère des croyants) رضي الله عنها : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ nous a ordonné de construire des mosquées dans chaque quartier (c’est-à-dire dans chaque tribu séparément) et qu’elles soient tenues propres et parfumées

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِبِنَاءِ الْمَسَاجِدِ فِي الدُّورِ وَأَنْ تُنَظَّفَ وَتُطَيَّبَ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commanded us to build mosques in different localities (i.e. in the locality of each tribe separately) and that they should be kept clean and be perfumed

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے گھر اور محلہ میں مسجدیں بنانے، انہیں پاک صاف رکھنے اور خوشبو سے بسانے کا حکم دیا ہے۔
