Hadith 2751 — Livre 15: Jihad (Kitab Al-Jihad)
كتاب الجهاد
Rapporté par Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Les musulmans sont égaux en ce qui concerne le sang. Le plus humble d’entre eux peut accorder la protection au nom de tous, et celui qui vit loin peut aussi accorder la protection au nom de tous. Ils sont comme une seule main contre ceux qui sont en dehors de leur communauté. Ceux qui ont des montures rapides doivent revenir vers ceux qui ont des montures lentes, et ceux qui sont partis avec un détachement doivent revenir vers ceux qui sont restés. Un croyant ne doit pas être tué pour un non-croyant, ni un allié pendant la durée de l’alliance. Ibn Ishaq n’a pas mentionné la réciprocité ni l’égalité concernant le sang. »

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، - هُوَ مُحَمَّدٌ - بِبَعْضِ هَذَا ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْمُسْلِمُونَ تَتَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ يَسْعَى بِذِمَّتِهِمْ أَدْنَاهُمْ وَيُجِيرُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَقْصَاهُمْ وَهُمْ يَدٌ عَلَى مَنْ سِوَاهُمْ يَرُدُّ مُشِدُّهُمْ عَلَى مُضْعِفِهِمْ وَمُتَسَرِّعُهُمْ عَلَى قَاعِدِهِمْ لاَ يُقْتَلُ مُؤْمِنٌ بِكَافِرٍ وَلاَ ذُو عَهْدٍ فِي عَهْدِهِ " . وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَوَدَ وَالتَّكَافُؤَ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Muslims are equal in respect of blood. The lowest of them is entitled to give protection on behalf of them, and the one residing far away may give protection on behalf of them. They are like one hand over against all those who are outside the community. Those who have quick mounts should return to those who have slow mounts, and those who got out along with a detachment (should return) to those who are stationed. A believer shall not be killed for an unbeliever, nor a confederate within the term of confederation with him. Ibn Ishaq did not mention retaliation and equality in respect of blood
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: مسلمانوں کے خون برابر ہیں ۱؎ ان میں سے ادنیٰ شخص بھی کسی کو امان دے سکتا ہے، اور سب کو اس کی امان قبول کرنی ہو گی، اسی طرح دور مقام کا مسلمان پناہ دے سکتا ہے ( گرچہ اس سے نزدیک والا موجود ہو ) اور وہ اپنے مخالفوں کے لیے ایک ہاتھ کی طرح ہیں ۲؎ جس کی سواریاں زور آور اور تیز رو ہوں وہ ( غنیمت کے مال میں ) اس کے برابر ہو گا جس کی سواریاں کمزور ہیں، اور لشکر میں سے کوئی سریہ نکل کر مال غنیمت حاصل کرے تو لشکر کے باقی لوگوں کو بھی اس میں شریک کرے، کسی مسلمان کو کافر کے بدلے قتل نہ کیا جائے اور نہ ہی کسی ذمی کو ۔ ابن اسحاق نے «القود» ۳؎ اور«التكافؤ» کا ذکر نہیں کیا ہے۔
