Rapporté par Al Sa’b bin Jaththamah رضي الله عنه : Il a demandé à l’Envoyé d’Allah ﷺ au sujet des polythéistes dont les villages étaient attaqués de nuit, et où certains de leurs enfants et femmes étaient touchés. Le Prophète ﷺ a répondu : « Ils font partie d’eux. » ‘Amr bin Dinar avait l’habitude de dire : « Ils sont considérés comme leurs parents. » Al-Zuhri a dit : Par la suite, le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit de tuer les femmes et les enfants

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ - عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ الصَّعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّامَةَ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الدَّارِ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ يُبَيَّتُونَ فَيُصَابُ مِنْ ذَرَارِيِّهِمْ وَنِسَائِهِمْ . فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " هُمْ مِنْهُمْ " . وَكَانَ عَمْرٌو - يَعْنِي ابْنَ دِينَارٍ - يَقُولُ هُمْ مِنْ آبَائِهِمْ . قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ ثُمَّ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ .
Traduction anglaise
Al Sa’b bin Jaththamah said that he asked the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) about the polytheists whose settlemnst were attacked at night when some of their offspring and women were smitten. The Prophet(ﷺ) “They are of them. ‘Amr bin Dinar used to say “they are regarded in the same way as their parents.” Al-Zuhri said:Thereafter the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited to kill women and children
Traduction en ourdou
صعب بن جثامہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے مشرکین کے گھروں کے بارے میں پوچھا کہ اگر ان پر شب خون مارا جائے اور ان کے بچے اور بیوی زخمی ہوں ( تو کیا حکم ہے؟ ) ، تو نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: وہ بھی انہیں میں سے ہیں اور عمرو بن دینار کہتے تھے: وہ اپنے آباء ہی میں سے ہیں ۔ زہری کہتے ہیں: پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس کے بعد عورتوں اور بچوں کے قتل سے منع فرما دیا۔
