كتاب الجهاد
Rapporté par Mu‘adh ibn Anas al-Juhani رضي الله عنه : J’ai combattu aux côtés du Prophète ﷺ dans plusieurs batailles. Les gens prenaient beaucoup de place et empiétaient sur la route. Le Prophète ﷺ a envoyé un crieur annoncer parmi les gens : « Ceux qui prennent trop de place ou gênent la route ne seront pas comptés parmi ceux qui ont fait le jihad. »

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ أَسِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْخَثْعَمِيِّ، عَنْ فَرْوَةَ بْنِ مُجَاهِدٍ اللَّخْمِيِّ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ غَزَوْتُ مَعَ نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم غَزْوَةَ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَضَيَّقَ النَّاسُ الْمَنَازِلَ وَقَطَعُوا الطَّرِيقَ فَبَعَثَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مُنَادِيًا يُنَادِي فِي النَّاسِ أَنَّ مَنْ ضَيَّقَ مَنْزِلاً أَوْ قَطَعَ طَرِيقًا فَلاَ جِهَادَ لَهُ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Mu'adh ibn Anas al-Juhani: I fought along with the Prophet (ﷺ) in such and such battles. The people occupied much space and encroached on the road. The Prophet (ﷺ) sent an announcer to announce among the people: Those who occupy much space or encroach on the road will not be credited with jihad
Traduction en ourdou
معاذ بن انس جھنی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے اللہ کے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ فلاں اور فلاں غزوہ کیا تو لوگوں نے پڑاؤ کی جگہ کو تنگ کر دیا اور راستے مسدود کر دیئے ۱؎ تو اللہ کے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک منادی کو بھیجا جو لوگوں میں اعلان کر دے کہ جس نے پڑاؤ کی جگہیں تنگ کر دیں، یا راستہ مسدود کر دیا تو اس کا جہاد نہیں ہے۔
