Hadith 2628 — Livre 15: Jihad (Kitab Al-Jihad)

Rapporté par Abu Tha‘labah al-Khushani رضي الله عنه : Lorsque les gens faisaient halte, le narrateur Amr ibn Uthman al-Himsi a dit : Quand le Messager d’Allah ﷺ s’arrêtait, les gens se dispersaient dans les vallées et les ravins. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Votre dispersion dans ces vallées et ravins vient seulement du diable. » Ensuite, ils restaient groupés lorsqu’ils campaient, à tel point qu’on disait : « Si on étendait un tissu sur eux, il les couvrirait tous. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْحِمْصِيُّ، وَيَزِيدُ بْنُ قُبَيْسٍ، - مِنْ أَهْلِ جَبَلَةَ سَاحِلِ حِمْصٍ وَهَذَا لَفْظُ يَزِيدَ - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْعَلاَءِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مُسْلِمَ بْنَ مِشْكَمٍ أَبَا عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيُّ قَالَ كَانَ النَّاسُ إِذَا نَزَلُوا مَنْزِلاً - قَالَ عَمْرٌو كَانَ النَّاسُ إِذَا نَزَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَنْزِلاً - تَفَرَّقُوا فِي الشِّعَابِ وَالأَوْدِيَةِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّ تَفَرُّقَكُمْ فِي هَذِهِ الشِّعَابِ وَالأَوْدِيَةِ إِنَّمَا ذَلِكُمْ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ " . فَلَمْ يَنْزِلْ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ مَنْزِلاً إِلاَّ انْضَمَّ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى بَعْضٍ حَتَّى يُقَالُ لَوْ بُسِطَ عَلَيْهِمْ ثَوْبٌ لَعَمَّهُمْ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated AbuTha'labah al-Khushani: When the people encamped, (the narrator Amr ibn Uthman al-Himsi) said: When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) encamped, the people scattered in the glens and wadis. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Your scattering in these glens and wadis is only of the devil. They afterwards kept close together when they encamped to such an extent that it used to be said that if a cloth were spread over them, it would cover them all
Traduction en ourdou
ابوثعلبہ خشنی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ لوگ جب کسی جگہ اترتے، عمرو کی روایت میں ہے: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب کسی جگہ اترتے تو لوگ گھاٹیوں اور وادیوں میں بکھر جاتے، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تمہارا ان گھاٹیوں اور وادیوں میں بکھر جانا شیطان کی جانب سے ہے ۱؎ ، اس کے بعد رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کسی جگہ نہیں اترے مگر بعض بعض سے اس طرح سمٹ جاتا کہ یہ کہا جاتا کہ اگر ان پر کوئی کپڑا پھیلا دیا جاتا تو سب کو ڈھانپ لیتا۔
