Rapporté par Abdullah ibn Umar رضي الله عنه : La tradition mentionnée ci-dessus (n° 2468) a aussi été transmise par Abdullah ibn Budayl par une autre chaîne de transmetteurs de façon similaire. Cette version ajoute : Pendant qu’il (Omar) faisait l’i’tikaf (dans la mosquée sacrée), les gens ont crié à haute voix : « Allah est le plus grand. » Il a dit : « Qu’est-ce que c’est, Abdullah ? » Il a répondu : « Ce sont les captifs de Hawazin que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a libérés. » Il a dit : « Et cette servante aussi ? » Il l’a envoyée avec eux

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ الْقُرَشِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، - يَعْنِي الْعَنْقَزِيَّ - عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُدَيْلٍ، بِإِسْنَادِهِ نَحْوَهُ قَالَ فَبَيْنَمَا هُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ إِذْ كَبَّرَ النَّاسُ فَقَالَ مَا هَذَا يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ قَالَ سَبْىُ هَوَازِنَ أَعْتَقَهُمُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ وَتِلْكَ الْجَارِيَةُ . فَأَرْسَلَهَا مَعَهُمْ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar: The tradition mentioned above (No. 2468) has also been transmitted by Abdullah ibn Budayl through a different chain of narrators in a similar way. This version adds: While he (Umar) was observing i'tikaf (in the sacred mosque), the people uttered (loudly): "Allah is most great." He said: What is this, Abdullah? He said: These are the captives of the Hawazin whom the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) has set free. He said: This slave-girl too? He sent her along with them

اس سند سے بھی عبداللہ بن بدیل سے اسی طرح مروی ہے، اس میں ہے اسی دوران کہ وہ ( عمر رضی اللہ عنہ ) حالت اعتکاف میں تھے لوگوں نے الله أكبر کہا، تو پوچھا: عبداللہ! یہ کیا ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ قبیلہ ہوازن والوں کے قیدیوں کو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے آزاد کر دیا ہے، کہا: یہ لونڈی بھی ( تو انہیں میں سے ہے ) ۱؎ چنانچہ انہوں نے اسے بھی ان کے ساتھ آزاد کر دیا۔
