Hadith 2247 — Livre 13: Divorce (Kitab Al-Talaq)
كتاب الطلاق
Sahl ibn Sa’d Al Sa’idi رضي الله عنه a dit : « J’ai assisté à l’invocation des malédictions avec le Messager d’Allah ﷺ quand j’avais quinze ans. » Il a ensuite raconté le reste de la tradition. Dans cette version, il a dit : « Elle est ensuite sortie enceinte et l’enfant a été attribué à sa mère. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ، قَالَ حَضَرْتُ لِعَانَهُمَا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَنَا ابْنُ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً . وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ فِيهِ ثُمَّ خَرَجَتْ حَامِلاً فَكَانَ الْوَلَدُ يُدْعَى إِلَى أُمِّهِ .
Traduction anglaise
Sahl bin Sa’d Al Sa’idi said “I attended the invoking of the curses with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) when I was fifteen. He then narrated the rest of the tradition. In this version he said “She then came out pregnant and the child was ascribed to its mother
Traduction en ourdou
سہل بن سعد ساعدی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں ان دونوں کے لعان میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس موجود رہا اور میں پندرہ سال کا تھا، پھر انہوں نے پوری حدیث بیان کی لیکن اس میں اتنا اضافہ کیا کہ پھر وہ عورت حاملہ نکلی چنانچہ لڑکے کو اس کی ماں کی جانب منسوب کر کے پکارا جاتا تھا ۔
