Hadith 2248 — Livre 13: Divorce (Kitab Al-Talaq)
كتاب الطلاق
Sahl ibn Sa’ad رضي الله عنه a rapporté que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit – à propos des époux qui se sont maudits mutuellement : « Regardez : si elle donne naissance à un enfant aux yeux très noirs et aux grosses fesses, je ne peux qu’imaginer que (‘Uwaimir) a dit la vérité. Mais si elle donne naissance à un enfant rougeâtre comme le lézard à taches rouges (waharah), je ne peux pas imaginer que ‘Uwaimir ait menti sur elle. » Elle a donné naissance à un enfant (comme l’a décrit le Prophète ﷺ) de façon déplaisante

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْوَرَكَانِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعْدٍ - عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، فِي خَبَرِ الْمُتَلاَعِنَيْنِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَبْصِرُوهَا فَإِنْ جَاءَتْ بِهِ أَدْعَجَ الْعَيْنَيْنِ عَظِيمَ الأَلْيَتَيْنِ فَلاَ أُرَاهُ إِلاَّ قَدْ صَدَقَ وَإِنْ جَاءَتْ بِهِ أُحَيْمِرَ كَأَنَّهُ وَحَرَةٌ فَلاَ أُرَاهُ إِلاَّ كَاذِبًا " . قَالَ فَجَاءَتْ بِهِ عَلَى النَّعْتِ الْمَكْرُوهِ .
Traduction anglaise
Sahl bin Sa’ad reported the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) as saying - in the tradition of spouses who invoked curses to each other “Look if she bears a child which has very black eyes, large buttocks, I cannot but imagine that he (i.e., ‘Uwaimir) has spoken the truth. But, if she bears a reddish child like the lizard with red spots (waharah), I cannot imagine that ‘Uwaimir has lied against her. She gave birth to a child (like that described the Prophet (ﷺ) ) in a detestable manner
Traduction en ourdou
لعان والی حدیث میں سہل بن سعد رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اس عورت پر نظر رکھو اگر بچہ سیاہ آنکھوں والا، بڑی سرینوں والا ہو تو میں یہی سمجھتا ہوں کہ اس ( شوہر ) نے سچ کہا ہے، اور اگر سرخ رنگ گیرو کی طرح ہو تو میں سمجھتا ہوں کی وہ جھوٹا ہے ، چنانچہ اس کا بچہ ناپسندیدہ صفت پر پیدا ہوا۔
