Hadith 2200 — Livre 13: Divorce (Kitab Al-Talaq)
كتاب الطلاق
Tawus a dit : Abu al-Sahba’ a dit à Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه : « Sais-tu que le divorce par trois prononcés était considéré comme un seul à l’époque du Prophète ﷺ, d’Abu Bakr et au début du califat de ‘Umar ? » Il répondit : « Oui. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ أَبَا الصَّهْبَاءِ، قَالَ لاِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَتَعْلَمُ إِنَّمَا كَانَتِ الثَّلاَثُ تُجْعَلُ وَاحِدَةً عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ وَثَلاَثًا مِنْ إِمَارَةِ عُمَرَ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ نَعَمْ .
Traduction anglaise
Tawus said:Abu al-Sahba' said to Ibn Abbas: Do you know that a divorce by three pronouncements was made a single one during the time of the Prophet (ﷺ), and of AbuBakr and in the early days of the caliphate of Umar? He replied: Yes
Traduction en ourdou
طاؤس سے روایت ہے کہ ابوصہباء نے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے پوچھا: کیا آپ کو معلوم ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ کے زمانے میں نیز عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کے دور خلافت کے ابتدائی تین سالوں میں تین طلاقوں کو ایک ہی مانا جاتا تھا؟ ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے جواب دیا: ہاں ۱؎۔
