Hadith 2181 — Livre 13: Divorce (Kitab Al-Talaq)
كتاب الطلاق
Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه a dit qu’il avait divorcé de sa femme alors qu’elle avait ses règles. ‘Umar رضي الله عنه a mentionné ce fait au Prophète ﷺ. Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Ordonne-lui de la reprendre et de la divorcer lorsqu’elle sera purifiée (de ses règles) ou si elle est enceinte. »

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، مَوْلَى آلِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ عُمَرُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مُرْهُ فَلْيُرَاجِعْهَا ثُمَّ لْيُطَلِّقْهَا إِذَا طَهُرَتْ أَوْ وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ " .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn ‘Umar said that he divorced his wife while she was menstruating. ‘Umar mentioned the matter to the Prophet(ﷺ). He (the Prophet) said “Order him, he must take her back and divorce her when she is purified (from menstrual discharge) or she is pregnant.”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے اپنی بیوی کو حالت حیض میں طلاق دے دی تو عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس کا ذکر کیا، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اسے حکم دو کہ وہ رجوع کر لے پھر جب وہ پاک ہو جائے یا حاملہ ہو تو اسے طلاق دے ۱؎ ۔
