La tradition précédente a aussi été rapportée par Nafi’ selon une autre chaîne de transmetteurs. Dans cette version, il est dit qu’Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه a divorcé de son épouse alors qu’elle avait ses règles en prononçant un seul divorce. Il a ensuite raconté le reste de la tradition de façon similaire à celle rapportée par Malik

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، طَلَّقَ امْرَأَةً لَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ تَطْلِيقَةً بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ مَالِكٍ .
Traduction anglaise
The aforesaid tradition has also been transmitted by Nafi’ through a different chain of narrators. This version says Ibn ‘Umar divorced a wife of his while she was menstruating pronouncing one divorce. He then narrated the rest of the tradition similar to the one narrated by Malik

نافع سے روایت ہے کہ ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے اپنی ایک عورت کو حالت حیض میں ایک طلاق دے دی، آگے مالک کی حدیث کے ہم معنی روایت ہے۔
