Abu Harrah Al Ruqashi a rapporté d’après son oncle رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Si vous craignez leur désobéissance, éloignez-vous d’elles dans leurs lits. » Le rapporteur Hammad a précisé : Par “éloignement”, il voulait dire l’abandon des rapports intimes

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حُرَّةَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ نُشُوزَهُنَّ فَاهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِي الْمَضَاجِعِ " . قَالَ حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي النِّكَاحَ .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Harrah Al Ruqashi reported on the authority of his uncle” The Prophet (ﷺ) said “If you fear the recalcitrance abandon them in their beds.” The narrator Hammad said “By abandonment he meant abandonment of intercourse.”
Traduction en ourdou
ابوحرہ رقاشی اپنے چچا سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اگر تم ان کی نافرمانی سے ڈرو تو انہیں بستروں میں ( تنہا ) چھوڑ دو ۔ حماد کہتے ہیں: یعنی ان سے صحبت نہ کرو۔
