Rapporté par Jabir ibn Abdullah رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Si un esclave se marie sans la permission de ses maîtres, il commet la fornication. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، - وَهَذَا لَفْظُ إِسْنَادِهِ - وَكِلاَهُمَا عَنْ وَكِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ فَهُوَ عَاهِرٌ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If any slave marries without the permission of his masters, he is a fornicator

جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو غلام اپنے مالک کی اجازت کے بغیر نکاح کر لے وہ زانی ہے ۔
