Hadith 539 — Livre 6: The Book of the Times (of Prayer)

Rapporté par Humaid : On a demandé à Anas : « Le Prophète (ﷺ) portait-il une bague ? » Il a répondu : « Oui. Une nuit, il a retardé la prière d’Isha la plus tardive, presque jusqu’à la moitié de la nuit. Quand il a prié, le Prophète (ﷺ) s’est tourné vers nous et a dit : “Vous êtes encore en état de prière tant que vous l’attendez.” » Anas a dit : « C’est comme si je voyais encore la brillance de sa bague. » Selon la version de ‘Ali – c’est-à-dire Ibn Hujr – « jusqu’à la moitié de la nuit. »

أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، ح وَأَنْبَأَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، قَالَ سُئِلَ أَنَسٌ هَلِ اتَّخَذَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَاتَمًا قَالَ نَعَمْ أَخَّرَ لَيْلَةً صَلاَةَ الْعِشَاءِ الآخِرَةِ إِلَى قَرِيبٍ مِنْ شَطْرِ اللَّيْلِ فَلَمَّا أَنْ صَلَّى أَقْبَلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَيْنَا بِوَجْهِهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ " إِنَّكُمْ لَنْ تَزَالُوا فِي صَلاَةٍ مَا انْتَظَرْتُمُوهَا " . قَالَ أَنَسٌ كَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى وَبِيصِ خَاتَمِهِ . فِي حَدِيثِ عَلِيٍّ إِلَى شَطْرِ اللَّيْلِ .
Traduction anglaise
Humaid said:"Anas was asked: 'Did the Prophet (ﷺ) use a ring?' He said: 'Yes. One night he delayed the later 'Isha' prayer, until almost halfway through the night. When he prayed the Prophet (ﷺ) turned his face toward us and said: 'You are still in a state of prayer so long as you waiting for it.'" Anas said: 'It is as if I can see the luster of his ring.' According to the narration of 'Ali - that is, Ibn Hujr - "until halfway through the night

حمید کہتے ہیں: انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا گیا کہ کیا نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انگوٹھی پہنی ہے؟ تو انہوں نے کہا: ہاں، ایک رات آپ نے آدھی رات کے قریب تک عشاء مؤخر کی، جب نماز پڑھ چکے تو آپ ہماری طرف متوجہ ہوئے اور آپ نے فرمایا: جب تک تم لوگ نماز کا انتظار کرتے رہے برابر نماز میں رہے ۔ انس کہتے ہیں: گویا میں آپ کی انگوٹھی کی چمک دیکھ رہا ہوں۔
