Hadith 5598 — Livre 51: The Book of Drinks
كتاب الأشربة
Rapporté par Al-Aswad bin Shaiban As-Sadusi : « J’ai entendu ‘Ata’ être interrogé par un homme : “Nous voyageons et on nous propose des boissons dans les marchés, et nous ne savons pas dans quels récipients elles ont été préparées.” Il a répondu : “Toute boisson enivrante est interdite.” L’homme a répété la question et il a dit : “Toute boisson enivrante est interdite.” Il a encore répété la question et il a dit : “C’est comme je te l’ai dit.” »

أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدٌ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا الأَسْوَدُ بْنُ شَيْبَانَ السَّدُوسِيُّ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً، سَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ إِنَّا نَرْكَبُ أَسْفَارًا فَتُبْرَزُ لَنَا الأَشْرِبَةُ فِي الأَسْوَاقِ لاَ نَدْرِي أَوْعِيَتَهَا . فَقَالَ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ . فَذَهَبَ يُعِيدُ فَقَالَ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ . فَذَهَبَ يُعِيدُ فَقَالَ هُوَ مَا أَقُولُ لَكَ .
