كتاب الاستعاذة
Rapporté par 'Aishah رضي الله عنها : Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ demandait souvent la protection d'Allah contre la dette et le péché. J'ai dit : « Ô Messager d'Allah, tu demandes souvent la protection contre la dette ! » Il a dit : « Celui qui s'endette parle et ment, promet et ne tient pas sa parole. »

أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي صَفْوَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَلَمَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ، - وَكَانَ خَيْرَ أَهْلِ زَمَانِهِ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَكْثَرَ مَا يَتَعَوَّذُ مِنَ الْمَغْرَمِ وَالْمَأْثَمِ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا أَكْثَرَ مَا تَتَعَوَّذُ مِنَ الْمَغْرَمِ قَالَ " إِنَّهُ مَنْ غَرِمَ حَدَّثَ فَكَذَبَ وَوَعَدَ فَأَخْلَفَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] often used to seek refuge (with Allah) from debt and sin. I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, how often you seek refuge from debt!' He said: 'Whoever gets into debt speaks and lies, and makes a promise and breaks it
