Rapporté par 'Uqbah bin Aws : Un homme parmi les Compagnons du Prophète ﷺ a prononcé un discours le jour de la Conquête de La Mecque et a dit : « En cas d’homicide involontaire qui ressemble à un acte volontaire, avec un fouet, un bâton ou une pierre, la Diyah est de cent chameaux, dont quarante doivent être des chamelles enceintes âgées de six à neuf ans, toutes en milieu de gestation. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَامِلٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ خَطَبَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ فَقَالَ " أَلاَ وَإِنَّ قَتِيلَ الْخَطَإِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ بِالسَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا وَالْحَجَرِ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الإِبِلِ فِيهَا أَرْبَعُونَ ثَنِيَّةً إِلَى بَازِلِ عَامِهَا كُلُّهُنَّ خَلِفَةٌ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Uqbah bin Aws, that:a man from among the Companions of the Prophet delivered a speech on the Day of the Conquest of Makkah and said: 'Indeed the accidental killing, which seems international, with a whip, a stick, or a rock, (the Diyah) is one hundred camels, of which forty should be pregnant she-camels between the ages of six and nine years old, all in the middle of their pregnancies
