Rapporté par Samurah : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : "Celui qui tue son esclave, nous le tuerons, et celui qui mutile son esclave, nous le mutilerons

Texte arabe original
أَخْبَرَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Samurah that the Prophet said:"Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him, and whoever mutilates his slave, we will mutilate him
