Rapporté par Samurah : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : "Celui qui tue son esclave, nous le tuerons ; celui qui mutile (son esclave), nous le mutilerons ; et celui qui châtre (son esclave), nous le châtrerons

Texte arabe original
أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، - هُوَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ وَمَنْ أَخْصَاهُ أَخْصَيْنَاهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Samurah that the Messenger of Allah said:"Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him: whoever mutilates (his slave). We will mutilate him, and whoever castrates (his slave), we will castrate him
