Rapporté par Abu Saeed Al-Khudri : Mes yeux ont vu et mes oreilles ont entendu le Messager d'Allah ﷺ. Et il a mentionné l'interdiction de vendre or contre or et argent contre argent, sauf si c'est des quantités égales, produit identique contre produit identique. Et ne le vendez pas contre quelque chose à payer plus tard, et ne faites pas de distinction

أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ، وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ زُرَيْعٍ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ بَصُرَ عَيْنِي وَسَمِعَ أُذُنِي، مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَذَكَرَ النَّهْىَ عَنِ الذَّهَبِ بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ بِالْوَرِقِ إِلاَّ سَوَاءً بِسَوَاءٍ مِثْلاً بِمِثْلٍ " وَلاَ تَبِيعُوا غَائِبًا بِنَاجِزٍ وَلاَ تُشِفُّوا أَحَدَهُمَا عَلَى الآخَرِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Abu Saeed Al-Khudri said:"My eyes saw and my ears heard the Messenger of Allah. And he mentioned the prohibition of (selling) gold for gold and silver for silver, unless it is equal amounts, like for like. And do not sell it in return for something to be paid later, and do not differentiate
