Hadith 3845 — Livre 35: The Book of Agriculture
كتاب المزارعة
Rapporté par Muhammad bin Az-Zubair, de son père, d'un homme des habitants de Basrah, qui a dit : « J'ai accompagné 'Imran bin Husain, qui a dit : 'J'ai entendu le Messager d'Allah dire : Les vœux sont de deux types : un vœu fait pour accomplir un acte d'obéissance à Allah ; celui-là est pour Allah et doit être accompli, et un vœu fait pour accomplir un acte de désobéissance à Allah ; celui-là est pour le diable et ne doit pas être accompli, et son expiation est la même que pour un serment.' »

أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ قَالَ صَحِبْتُ عِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " النَّذْرُ نَذْرَانِ فَمَا كَانَ مِنْ نَذْرٍ فِي طَاعَةِ اللَّهِ فَذَلِكَ لِلَّهِ وَفِيهِ الْوَفَاءُ وَمَا كَانَ مِنْ نَذْرٍ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ فَذَلِكَ لِلشَّيْطَانِ وَلاَ وَفَاءَ فِيهِ وَيُكَفِّرُهُ مَا يُكَفِّرُ الْيَمِينَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Muhammad bin Az-Zubair, from his father, from a man from the inhabitants of Al-Basrah, who said:"I accompanied 'Imran bin Husain, who said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah say: Vows are of two types: A vow that is made to do an act of obedience to Allah; that is for Allah and must be fulfilled, and a vow that is made to do an act of disobedience to Allah; that is for Shaitan and should not be fulfilled, and its expiation is the expiation for an oath

عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: نذر کی دو قسمیں ہیں: جو نذر اللہ کی اطاعت کی ہو تو وہ اللہ کے لیے ہے اور اسے پورا کرنا ہے اور جو نذر اللہ کی معصیت کی ہو تو وہ شیطان کی ہے اور اسے پورا نہیں کرنا ہے اور اس کا کفارہ وہی ہو گا جو قسم کا ہوتا ہے ۔
