Rapporté par 'Imran : Le Messager d'Allah a dit : « Il n'y a pas de vœu fait sous la colère et son expiation est la même que pour un serment. » On a dit : « Az-Zubair n'a pas entendu ce hadith de 'Imran bin Husain. »

Texte arabe original
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، أَنْبَأَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ نَذْرَ فِي غَضَبٍ وَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ الْيَمِينِ " . وَقِيلَ إِنَّ الزُّبَيْرَ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ مِنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that 'Imran said:The Messenger of Allah said: "There is no vow at a moment of anger and its expiation is the expiation for an oath." It was said: "Az-Zubair did not hear this Hadith from 'Imran bin Husain

عمران رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: غضب کی نذر نہیں، اور اس کا کفارہ قسم کا کفارہ ہے ۔ کہا گیا ہے کہ ( محمد کے والد ) زبیر نے اس حدیث کو عمران بن حصین سے نہیں سنا۔
