Hadith 3742 — Livre 34: The Book of 'Umra
كتاب العُمرى
Rapporté par une autre chaîne, d'après Al-Awza'i, d'après Az-Zuhri, d'après 'Urwah et Abu Salamah, de Jabir, qui a dit : Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : "L''Umra (un don à vie) appartient à celui à qui elle a été donnée ; cela lui appartient ainsi qu'à ses descendants, et cela est hérité par ceux qui héritent de lui

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ الْبَعْلَبَكِّيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، وَأَبِي، سَلَمَةَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْعُمْرَى لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَهَا هِيَ لَهُ وَلِعَقِبِهِ يَرِثُهَا مَنْ يَرِثُهُ مِنْ عَقِبِهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
(A different chain) from Al-Awza'i, from Az-Zuhri, from 'Urwah and Abu Salamah, from Jabir, who said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Umra (a lifelong gift) belongs to the one to whom it was given; it belongs to him and to his descendants, and is inherited by those who inherit from him
Traduction en ourdou
جابر رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”عمریٰ اس کا ہے جس کے لیے عمریٰ کیا گیا، یہ ( زندگی بھر ) اس کا رہے گا، اور ( مرنے کے بعد ) اس کی اولاد کا ہو گا، اس کی اولاد میں سے جو اس کے وارث ہوں گے وہی اس کے وارث ہوں گے“۔
