كتاب العُمرى
Rapporté par Sufyan, d'après Ibn Juraij, de 'Ata', de Jabir : Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : "Ne donnez pas des biens selon la Ruqba ou l''Umra. Celui à qui l'on donne quelque chose selon la Ruqba ou l''Umra, cela revient à ses héritiers

Texte arabe original
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، رضى الله عنه أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ تُرْقِبُوا وَلاَ تُعْمِرُوا فَمَنْ أُرْقِبَ أَوْ أُعْمِرَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لِوَرَثَتِهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Sufyan narrated from Ibn Juraij, from 'Ata', from Jabir that the Messenger of Allah said:"Do not give things on the basis of Ruqba or 'Umra. Whoever is given something on the basis of Ruqba or 'Umra, it belongs to his heirs
Traduction en ourdou
جابر رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تم لوگ رقبیٰ اور عمریٰ نہ کیا کرو۔ ( جان لو ) اگر کوئی چیز کسی کو بطور رقبیٰ یا بطور عمریٰ دی گئی تو جس کو دی گئی ہے ( اس کے نہ رہنے پر ) اس کے ورثاء کی ہو جائے گی“۔
