Hadith 3714 — Livre 33: The Book of ar-Ruqba
كتاب الرقبة
Rapporté par Hanzalah : Il a entendu Tawus dire : Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : « La Ruqba n'est pas permise. Celui à qui on donne quelque chose sous forme de Ruqba, cela fait partie de son héritage. »

Texte arabe original
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا حِبَّانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ طَاوُسًا، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَحِلُّ الرُّقْبَى فَمَنْ أُرْقِبَ رُقْبَى فَهُوَ سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Hanzalah narrated that he heard Tawus say:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Ruqba is not permissible. Whoever is given something on the basis of Ruqba, it is part of his estate
Traduction en ourdou
طاؤس کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”رقبیٰ کرنا جائز نہیں، لیکن جس کسی کو رقبیٰ میں کوئی چیز دی گئی تو ( وہ چیز اسی کی ہو گی اور ) اس میں میراث نافذ ہو گی“۔
