Hadith 3685 — Livre 31: The Book of Presents
كتاب العطايا
Rapporté par An-Nu'man bin Bashir : "Mon père m'a emmené voir le Prophète pour lui demander d'être témoin de quelque chose qu'il m'avait donné. Le Prophète a dit : 'As-tu d'autres enfants ?' Il a répondu : 'Oui.' Il a alors fait un geste de la main à l'horizontale, en disant : 'Pourquoi ne les traites-tu pas tous de la même façon ?

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ فِطْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُسْلِمُ بْنُ صُبَيْحٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ، يَقُولُ ذَهَبَ بِي أَبِي إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُشْهِدُهُ عَلَى شَىْءٍ أَعْطَانِيهِ فَقَالَ " أَلَكَ وَلَدٌ غَيْرُهُ " . قَالَ نَعَمْ . وَصَفَّ بِيَدِهِ بِكَفِّهِ أَجْمَعَ كَذَا أَلاَ سَوَّيْتَ بَيْنَهُمْ .
Traduction anglaise
An-Nu'man bin Bashir said:"My father took me to the Prophet to ask him to bear witness to something that he had given to me. He said: 'Do you have any other children?' He said: 'Yes.' He gestured with his hand held horizontally like this, (saying): 'Why don't you treat them all equally?
Traduction en ourdou
نعمان بن بشیر رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ میرے والد مجھے لے کر نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس گئے، مجھے ایک چیز دی تھی اس پر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو ایک چیز پر گواہ بنانا چاہتے تھے جو انہوں نے مجھے دی تھی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”کیا تمہارے اس لڑکے کے علاوہ بھی کوئی اور لڑکا ہے؟“ انہوں نے کہا: جی ہاں ہے، آپ نے اپنا پورا ہاتھ ہتھیلی سمیت ایک دم سیدھا پھیلاتے ہوئے فرمایا: ”تم نے اس طرح ان کے درمیان برابری کیوں نہ رکھی ۱؎؟“۔
