Hadith 3618 — Livre 30: The Book of Wills
كتاب الوصايا
Rapporté par 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar : « Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : “Il n’est pas convenable pour un musulman de passer trois nuits sans avoir son testament avec lui.” 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar a dit : “Depuis que j’ai entendu cela du Messager d’Allah ﷺ, j’ai toujours eu mon testament avec moi.” »

أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ فَإِنَّ سَالِمًا أَخْبَرَنِي عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ تَمُرُّ عَلَيْهِ ثَلاَثُ لَيَالٍ إِلاَّ وَعِنْدَهُ وَصِيَّتُهُ ". قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ مَا مَرَّتْ عَلَىَّ مُنْذُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ذَلِكَ إِلاَّ وَعِنْدِي وَصِيَّتِي.
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin 'Umar that the Prophet said:"It is not befitting for a Muslim to abide for three nights without having his will with him." 'Abdullah bin 'Umar said: "Since I heard this from the Messenger of Allah, I have always had my will with me
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”کسی مسلمان شخص کو یہ حق نہیں ہے کہ اس کی تین راتیں بھی ایسی گزریں کہ اس کے اس کی لکھی ہوئی وصیت موجود نہ ہو“۔ عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں: جب سے میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے یہ بات سنی ہے اس وقت سے ہمیشہ میری وصیت میرے پاس رہتی ہے۔
