Hadith 3603 — Livre 29: The Book of Endowments
كتاب الأحباس
Rapporté par Ibn 'Umar : « 'Umar dit au Prophète ﷺ : “Les cent parts que j’ai acquises à Khaybar, je n’ai jamais possédé de bien que j’aime plus que cela, et je veux les donner en aumône.” Le Prophète ﷺ répondit : “Rends-les inaliénables et donne les fruits en aumône.” »

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِنَّ الْمِائَةَ سَهْمٍ الَّتِي لِي بِخَيْبَرَ لَمْ أُصِبْ مَالاً قَطُّ أَعْجَبَ إِلَىَّ مِنْهَا قَدْ أَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَتَصَدَّقَ بِهَا . فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " احْبِسْ أَصْلَهَا وَسَبِّلْ ثَمَرَتَهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said:"Umar said to the Prophet: 'The one hundred shares that I acquired in Khaibar -I have never acquired any wealth that I like more than that, and I want to give it in charity.' The Prophet said: Freeze it and donate its fruits
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے کہا: میرے پاس خیبر میں جو سو حصے ہیں اس سے زیادہ بہتر اور پسندیدہ مال مجھے کبھی بھی نہیں ملا، میں نے اسے صدقہ کر دینے کا ارادہ کیا ہے۔ آپ نے فرمایا: ”اصل روک لو اور اس کا پھل ( پیداوار ) تقسیم کر دو“۔
