كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Ibn 'Umar : Il a divorcé de sa femme alors qu’elle avait ses règles. 'Umar, que Allah l’agrée, en a parlé au Prophète et il a dit : "Dis-lui de la reprendre jusqu’à ce qu’elle ait de nouveau ses règles, puis quand elle sera pure, s’il veut, il pourra la divorcer, sinon il peut la garder. C’est ainsi que le divorce doit être fait selon Allah. Allah, le Puissant et Majestueux, dit : 'Le divorce est permis deux fois, après quoi, soit on la garde convenablement, soit on la libère avec bonté

حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنِ ابْنِ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، وَيَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، وَعُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالُوا إِنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَذَكَرَ عُمَرُ رضى الله عنه لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " مُرْهُ فَلْيُرَاجِعْهَا حَتَّى تَحِيضَ حَيْضَةً أُخْرَى فَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ فَإِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَهَا وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَهَا فَإِنَّهُ الطَّلاَقُ الَّذِي أَمَرَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِهِ " . قَالَ تَعَالَى { فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ } .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that he divorced his wife when she was menstruating. 'Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, mentioned that to the Prophet and he said:"Tell him to take her back until she menstruates again, then when she becomes pure, if he wants he may divorce her and if he wants he may keep her. This is the divorce that Allah has enjoined. Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, says: 'The divorce is twice, after that, either you retain her on reasonable terms or release her with kindness
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے اپنی بیوی کو حالت حیض میں طلاق دے دی، اس بات کا ذکر عمر نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے کیا تو آپ نے فرمایا: ”انہیں حکم دو کہ اسے لوٹا لے پھر جب دوسرا حیض آ کر پاک ہو جائے تو چاہے تو اسے طلاق دیدے اور چاہے تو اسے روکے رکھے، یہی وہ طلاق ہے جو اللہ عزوجل کے حکم کے مطابق ہے، اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا ہے: «فطلقوهن لعدتهن» ”انہیں طلاق دو ان کی عدت ( کے دنوں کے آغاز ) میں“ ( الطلاق: ۱ ) “۔
