Hadith 3536 — Livre 27: The Book of Divorce
كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Umm 'Atiyyah : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Il n’est pas permis à une femme qui croit en Allah et au Jour dernier de porter le deuil de quelqu’un qui est décédé plus de trois jours, sauf pour son mari ; elle ne doit pas utiliser de khôl, ni de teinture, ni porter de vêtements teints. »

Texte arabe original
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَحِلُّ لاِمْرَأَةٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ أَنْ تَحِدَّ عَلَى مَيِّتٍ فَوْقَ ثَلاَثٍ إِلاَّ عَلَى زَوْجٍ وَلاَ تَكْتَحِلُ وَلاَ تَخْتَضِبُ وَلاَ تَلْبَسُ ثَوْبًا مَصْبُوغًا " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Umm 'Atiyyah that the Prophet said:"It is not permissible for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day, to mourn for anyone who dies for more than three days, except for a husband; she should not use kohl, dye nor wear dyed clothes
Traduction en ourdou
ام عطیہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جو کوئی عورت اللہ اور آخرت کے دن پر ایمان رکھتی ہو اس کے لیے حلال نہیں ہے کہ شوہر کے علاوہ کسی میت کے لیے تین دن سے زیادہ سوگ منائے اور سوگ منانے والی نہ سرمہ لگائے گی، نہ خضاب اور نہ ہی رنگا ہوا کپڑا پہنے گی“۔
