Hadith 3535 — Livre 27: The Book of Divorce
كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Safiyyah bint Shaibah, d’après Umm Salamah, l’épouse du Prophète ﷺ : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « La femme dont le mari est décédé ne doit pas porter de vêtements teints au carthame ou à l’argile rouge, et elle ne doit pas utiliser de teinture ni de khôl. »

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي بُدَيْلٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا لاَ تَلْبَسُ الْمُعَصْفَرَ مِنَ الثِّيَابِ وَلاَ الْمُمَشَّقَةَ وَلاَ تَخْتَضِبُ وَلاَ تَكْتَحِلُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Safiyyah bint Shaibah, from Umm Salamah, the wife of the Prophet, that the Prophet said:"The woman whose husband has died should not wear clothes that are dyed with safflower or red clay, and she should not use dye nor kohl
Traduction en ourdou
ام المؤمنین ام سلمہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ وہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جس عورت کا شوہر مر گیا ہے وہ عورت ( عدت کے ایام میں ) کسم کے رنگ کا اور سرخ پھولوں سے رنگا ہوا کپڑا نہ پہنے، خضاب نہ لگائے اور سرمہ نہ لگائے“۔
