Rapporté par Salamah bin Kuhail : J’ai entendu Ash-Sha’bi rapporter de Abu Al-Khalil ou Ibn Abi Al-Khalil que trois hommes avaient eu des rapports (avec la même femme) pendant un seul cycle menstruel ; il a mentionné quelque chose de similaire, mais il n’a pas mentionné Zaid bin Arqam ni attribué quoi que ce soit au Prophète

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، أَوِ ابْنِ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ أَنَّ ثَلاَثَةَ، نَفَرٍ اشْتَرَكُوا فِي طُهْرٍ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَرْقَمَ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا صَوَابٌ وَاللَّهُ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى أَعْلَمُ .
Traduction anglaise
Salamah bin Kuhail said:"I heard Ash-Sha'bi narrating from Abu Al-Khalil or Ibn Abi Al-Khalil that three men had intercourse (with the same woman) during a single menstrual cycle;" and he mentioned something similar, but he did not mention Zaid bin Arqam or attribute anything to the Prophet
Traduction en ourdou
سلمہ بن کہیل کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے شعبی کو ابوالخیل سے یا ابن ابی الخیل سے بیان کرتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ تین آدمی ( ایک عورت سے ) ایک ہی طہر میں ( جماع کرنے میں ) شریک ہوئے۔ انہوں نے حدیث کو اسی طرح بیان کیا ( جیسا کہ اوپر بیان ہوئی ) لیکن زید بن ارقم کا ذکر نہیں کیا اور نہ ہی حدیث کو مرفوع روایت کیا ہے۔ ابوعبدالرحمٰن نسائی کہتے ہیں: یہی صحیح ہے، واللہ أعلم۔
