كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Abdur-Rahman bin 'Abdullah bin Ka'b bin Malik, d'après son père : J'ai entendu mon père Ka'b bin Malik - qui était l'un des trois dont le repentir a été accepté - dire : "Le Messager d'Allah nous a envoyé un message à moi et à mes deux compagnons disant : Le Messager d'Allah vous ordonne de vous éloigner de vos femmes. J'ai dit à son envoyé : Dois-je divorcer de ma femme, ou que dois-je faire ? Il a dit : Non, éloigne-toi simplement d'elle et ne t'approche pas d'elle. J'ai dit à ma femme : Va chez ta famille et reste avec eux. Elle y est donc allée

أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَبَلَةَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ أَعْيَنَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي كَعْبَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، - قَالَ وَهُوَ أَحَدُ الثَّلاَثَةِ الَّذِينَ تِيبَ عَلَيْهِمْ - يُحَدِّثُ قَالَ أَرْسَلَ إِلَىَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَإِلَى صَاحِبَىَّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَنْ تَعْتَزِلُوا نِسَاءَكُمْ . فَقُلْتُ لِلرَّسُولِ أُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتِي أَمْ مَاذَا أَفْعَلُ قَالَ لاَ بَلْ تَعْتَزِلُهَا فَلاَ تَقْرَبْهَا . فَقُلْتُ لاِمْرَأَتِي الْحَقِي بِأَهْلِكِ فَكُونِي فِيهِمْ فَلَحِقَتْ بِهِمْ .
Traduction anglaise
Abdur-Rahman bin 'Abdullah bin Ka'b bin Malik narrated that his father said:"I heard my father Ka'b bin Malik -who was one of the three whose repentance was accepted- say: 'The Messenger of Allah sent word to me and to my two companions saying: The Messenger of Allah commands you to keep away from your wives. I said to his envoy: Shall I divorce my wife, or what should I do? He said: No, just keep away from her, and do not approach her. I said to my wife: Go to your family and stay with them. So she went to them
Traduction en ourdou
عبدالرحمٰن بن عبداللہ بن کعب بن مالک کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے اپنے والد کعب بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کو بیان کرتے ہوئے سنا ہے ( اور وہ ان تینوں میں سے ایک تھے جن کی توبہ قبول ہوئی ہے ۱؎، کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے میرے اور میرے دونوں ساتھیوں ۲؎ کے پاس ( ایک شخص کو ) بھیجا ( اس نے کہا ) کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تمہیں حکم دیتے ہیں کہ تم اپنی بیویوں سے الگ رہو، میں نے قاصد سے کہا: میں اپنی بیوی کو طلاق دے دوں یا کیا کروں؟ اس نے کہا: نہیں، طلاق نہ دو بلکہ اس سے الگ تھلگ رہو، اس کے قریب نہ جاؤ۔ میں نے اپنی بیوی سے کہا: تم اپنے گھر والوں کے پاس چلی جاؤ اور انہیں کے ساتھ رہو، تو وہ ان کے پاس جا کر رہنے لگی۔
