Hadith 3397 — Livre 27: The Book of Divorce
كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar : Il a divorcé de sa femme alors qu’elle avait ses règles. Il en a parlé au Prophète, qui a dit : “Dis-lui de la reprendre, puis de la divorcer quand elle est purifiée (sans avoir ses règles) ou enceinte.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، مَوْلَى طَلْحَةَ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " مُرْهُ فَلْيُرَاجِعْهَا ثُمَّ لْيُطَلِّقْهَا وَهِيَ طَاهِرٌ أَوْ حَامِلٌ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that he divorced his wife while she was menstruating. He mentioned that to the Prophet and he said:"Tell him to take her back, then divorce her while she is pure (not menstruating) or pregnant
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے اپنی بیوی کو حالت حیض میں طلاق دے دی، اس بات کا ذکر نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سامنے ہوا، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اس سے کہو کہ اس سے رجوع کر لے، پھر جب وہ ( حیض سے ) پاک ہو جائے یا حاملہ ہو جائے تب اس کو طلاق دے“ ( اگر دینا چاہے ) ۔
