Hadith 3311 — Livre 26: The Book of Marriage
كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Sa'eed d’après Qatadah : Nous avons écrit à Ibrahim bin Yazid An-Nakha'i pour lui demander au sujet de l’allaitement. Il a répondu que Shuraih avait rapporté que 'Ali et Ibn Mas'ud disaient : « Un peu ou beaucoup d’allaitement rend le mariage interdit. » Dans son livre, il est écrit qu’Abu Ash-Sha'tha' Al-Muharibi a rapporté que 'Aishah lui avait dit que le Prophète d’Allah ﷺ disait : « Une ou deux tétées ne rendent pas (le mariage) interdit. »

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ زُرَيْعٍ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ كَتَبْنَا إِلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ النَّخَعِيِّ نَسْأَلُهُ عَنِ الرَّضَاعِ، فَكَتَبَ أَنَّ شُرَيْحًا، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَّ عَلِيًّا وَابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ كَانَا يَقُولاَنِ يُحَرِّمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعِ قَلِيلُهُ وَكَثِيرُهُ . وَكَانَ فِي كِتَابِهِ أَنَّ أَبَا الشَّعْثَاءِ الْمُحَارِبِيَّ حَدَّثَنَا أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ حَدَّثَتْهُ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَقُولُ " لاَ تُحَرِّمُ الْخَطْفَةُ وَالْخَطْفَتَانِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Sa'eed narrated from Qatadah:"We wrote to Ibrahim bin Yazid An-Nakha'i asking him about breast-feeding. He wrote back saying that Shuraih had narrated that 'Ali and Ibn Mas'ud used to say: 'A little or a lot of breast-feeding makes marriage prohibited.'" In his book, it said that Abu Ash-Sha'tha' Al-Muharibi narrated that 'Aishah had told him that the Prophet of Allah used to say: "Suckling (Al-Khatfah) once or twice does not make (marriage) prohibited

قتادہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نے ابراہیم بن یزید نخعی کے پاس ( خط ) لکھ کر رضاعت کا مسئلہ پوچھا تو انہوں نے ( جواب میں ) لکھا کہ مجھ سے شریح نے بیان کیا ہے کہ علی اور ابن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ دونوں کہتے تھے کہ دودھ تھوڑا پئے یا زیادہ رضاعت سے حرمت ( نکاح ) ثابت ہو جائے گی، اور ان کی کتاب ( تحریر ) میں یہ بھی لکھا ہوا تھا کہ ابوالشعثاء محاربی نے مجھ سے بیان کیا کہ ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے حدیث بیان کیا کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ہے: ”ایک بار یا دو بار اچک لینے ( یعنی ایک یا دو گھونٹ پی لینے ) سے نکاح کی حرمت قائم نہیں ہوتی“ ۱؎۔
