Rapporté par 'Utbah bin 'Amir : Le Messager d’Allah a dit : « Les conditions qui méritent le plus d’être respectées sont celles qui rendent licites les relations intimes pour vous. »

Texte arabe original
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ حَجَّاجًا، يَقُولُ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا الْخَيْرِ، حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّ أَحَقَّ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ يُوَفَّى بِهِ مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفُرُوجَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Utbah bin 'Amir that the Messenger of Allah said:"The conditions that are most deserving of fulfillment are those by means of which the private parts become permitted to you
Traduction en ourdou
عقبہ بن عامر رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ” ( نکاح کی ) شرطوں میں سے پہلے پوری کی جانے والی شرط وہ ہے جس کے ذریعہ تم عورتوں کی شرمگاہیں اپنے لیے حلال کرتے ہو“ ( یعنی مہر کی ادائیگی ) ۔
