Hadith 3164 — Livre 25: The Book of Jihad
كتاب الجهاد
Rapporté par Al-'Irbad bin Sariyah : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Les martyrs et ceux qui sont morts dans leur lit ont présenté un différend à notre Seigneur au sujet de ceux qui sont morts de la peste. Les martyrs ont dit : “Nos frères ont été tués comme nous l’avons été.” Et ceux qui sont morts dans leur lit ont dit : “Nos frères sont morts dans leur lit comme nous.” Notre Seigneur a dit : “Regardez leurs blessures ; si leurs blessures sont comme celles de ceux qui ont été tués, alors ils sont des leurs et avec eux.” Et leurs blessures étaient semblables à celles des martyrs. »

أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَحِيرٌ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي بِلاَلٍ، عَنِ الْعِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " يَخْتَصِمُ الشُّهَدَاءُ وَالْمُتَوَفَّوْنَ عَلَى فُرُشِهِمْ إِلَى رَبِّنَا فِي الَّذِينَ يُتَوَفَّوْنَ مِنَ الطَّاعُونِ فَيَقُولُ الشُّهَدَاءُ إِخْوَانُنَا قُتِلُوا كَمَا قُتِلْنَا . وَيَقُولُ الْمُتَوَفَّوْنَ عَلَى فُرُشِهِمْ إِخْوَانُنَا مَاتُوا عَلَى فُرُشِهِمْ كَمَا مُتْنَا فَيَقُولُ رَبُّنَا انْظُرُوا إِلَى جِرَاحِهِمْ فَإِنْ أَشْبَهَ جِرَاحُهُمْ جِرَاحَ الْمَقْتُولِينَ فَإِنَّهُمْ مِنْهُمْ وَمَعَهُمْ فَإِذَا جِرَاحُهُمْ قَدْ أَشْبَهَتْ جِرَاحَهُمْ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Al-'Irbad bin Sariyah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:"The martyrs and those who dies in their beds referred a dispute to our Lord concerning those who dies of the plague. The martyrs said: 'Our brothers were killed as we were killed.' And those who dies in their beds said: 'Our brothers dies on their beds as we died.' Our Lord said: 'Look at their wounds; if their wounds; if their wounds are like the wounds of those who were killed then they are of them and belong with them.' And their wounds were like their (the martyrs') wounds
Traduction en ourdou
عرباض بن ساریہ رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”طاعون میں مرنے والوں کے بارے میں شہدا اور اپنے بستروں پر مرنے والے اللہ کے حضور اپنا جھگڑا ( مقدمہ ) پیش کریں گے، شہید لوگ کہیں گے: یہ ہمارے بھائی ہیں، جیسے ہم مارے گئے ہیں یہ لوگ بھی مارے گئے ہیں، اور جو لوگ اپنے بستروں پر وفات پائے ہیں وہ کہیں گے یہ ہمارے بھائی ہیں یہ لوگ اپنے بستروں پر مرے ہیں جیسے ہم لوگ اپنے بستروں پر پڑے پڑے مرے ہیں۔ تو میرا رب کہے گا: ان کے زخموں کو دیکھو اگر ان کے زخم شہیدوں کے زخم سے ملتے ہیں تو یہ لوگ شہیدوں میں سے ہیں اور شہیدوں کے ساتھ رہیں گے، تو جب دیکھا گیا تو ان کے زخم شہیدوں کی طرح نکلے“ ۱؎۔
