كتاب الحج
Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas رضي الله عنهما : Une femme de Khath'am a demandé au Prophète ﷺ, le matin du jour du sacrifice : « Ô Messager d'Allah ! L'ordre d'Allah d'accomplir le Hajj est arrivé, mais mon père est un vieil homme qui ne peut pas rester assis solidement sur la monture. Puis-je accomplir le Hajj à sa place ? » Il a répondu : « Oui. »

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً، مِنْ خَثْعَمَ سَأَلَتِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم غَدَاةَ جَمْعٍ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَرِيضَةُ اللَّهِ فِي الْحَجِّ عَلَى عِبَادِهِ أَدْرَكَتْ أَبِي شَيْخًا كَبِيرًا لاَ يَسْتَمْسِكُ عَلَى الرَّحْلِ أَفَأَحُجُّ عَنْهُ قَالَ " نَعَمْ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ibn 'abbas that:a woman from Khath'am asked the Prophet on the morning of the Day of Sacrifice: "O Messenger of Allah! The command of Allah to His slaves to perform Hajj has come, while my father is an old man and cannot sit firmly in the saddle. Can I perform Hajj on his behalf?" He said: "Yes
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ قبیلہ خثعم کی ایک عورت نے مزدلفہ ( یعنی دسویں ذی الحجہ ) کی صبح کی کو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھا: اللہ کے رسول! حج کے سلسلہ میں اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنے بندوں پر جو فریضہ عائد کیا ہے اس نے میرے والد کو اس حال میں پایا کہ وہ بہت بوڑھے ہیں، سواری پر ٹک نہیں سکتے، کیا میں ان کی طرف سے حج کر لوں؟ آپ نے فرمایا: ”ہاں ( کر لو ) “۔
