Hadith 2612 — Livre 23: The Book of Zakah
كتاب الزكاة
Rapporté par Ibn Abi Rafi, d’après son père : Le Messager d’Allah a nommé un homme des Banu Makhzum pour collecter la Sadaqah. Abu Rafi a voulu l’accompagner, mais le Messager d’Allah a dit : « La Sadaqah ne nous est pas permise, et l’esclave affranchi d’un peuple fait partie d’eux. »

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم اسْتَعْمَلَ رَجُلاً مِنْ بَنِي مَخْزُومٍ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ فَأَرَادَ أَبُو رَافِعٍ أَنْ يَتْبَعَهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ لاَ تَحِلُّ لَنَا وَإِنَّ مَوْلَى الْقَوْمِ مِنْهُمْ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ihn Abi Rafi, from his father, that:the Messenger of Allah appointed a man from Banu Makhzum to collect Sadaqah. Abu Rafi wanted to go with him, but the Messenger of Allah said: "The Sadaqah is not permissible for us, and the freed slave of a people is one of them
Traduction en ourdou
ابورافع رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بنی مخزوم کے ایک شخص کو صدقہ پر عامل مقرر فرمایا، تو ابورافع نے بھی اس کے ساتھ جانا چاہا، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”صدقہ ہمارے لیے حلال نہیں ہے، لوگوں کا غلام بھی انہیں میں سے شمار ہوتا ہے“۔
