Rapporté par 'Abdullah bin 'Amr : Quand le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a conquis La Mecque, il s’est levé pour s’adresser aux gens et a dit dans son sermon : "Il n’est pas permis à une femme de donner quoi que ce soit sans la permission de son mari." (Récit abrégé)

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ لَمَّا فَتَحَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَكَّةَ قَامَ خَطِيبًا فَقَالَ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ " لاَ يَجُوزُ لاِمْرَأَةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا " . مُخْتَصَرٌ .

It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin 'Amr said:"When the Messenger of Allah conquered Makkah, he stood up to address the people and said in his Khutbah; 'It is not permissible for a woman to give anything without her husband's permission."' (He narrated it) in abridged from
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مکہ فتح کر لیا، تو تقریر کے لیے کھڑے ہوئے، آپ نے ( منجملہ اور باتوں کے ) اپنی تقریر میں فرمایا: ”کسی عورت کا اپنے شوہر کی اجازت کے بغیر عطیہ دینا جائز نہیں“، یہ حدیث مختصر ہے۔
