Hadith 2479 — Livre 23: The Book of Zakah
كتاب الزكاة
Rapporté par 'Amr bin Shu'aib, de son père, de son grand-père : Une femme du Yémen est venue voir le Messager d'Allah ﷺ avec sa fille, qui portait deux gros bracelets en or à la main. Il lui a dit : "Payez-vous la Zakat sur ces bracelets ?" Elle répondit : "Non." Il dit : "Cela te plairait-il qu’Allah te mette deux bracelets de feu le Jour de la Résurrection ?" Alors elle les a retirés et les a donnés au Messager d’Allah ﷺ en disant : "Ils sont pour Allah et Son Messager

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً، مِنْ أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَبِنْتٌ لَهَا فِي يَدِ ابْنَتِهَا مَسَكَتَانِ غَلِيِظَتَانِ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ فَقَالَ " أَتُؤَدِّينَ زَكَاةَ هَذَا " . قَالَتْ لاَ . قَالَ " أَيَسُرُّكِ أَنْ يُسَوِّرَكِ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِهِمَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ سِوَارَيْنِ مِنْ نَارٍ " . قَالَ فَخَلَعَتْهُمَا فَأَلْقَتْهُمَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَتْ هُمَا لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu 'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that:a woman from among the people of Yemen came to the Messenger of Allah with a daughter of hers, and on the daughter's hand were two thick bangles of gold. He said: "Do you pay Zakah on these? She said: "No." He said: "Would it please you if Allah were to put two bangles of fire on you on the Day of Resurrection? " So she took them of and gave them to the Messenger of Allah and said: "They are for Allah and His Messenger
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ یمن کی رہنے والی ایک عورت رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئی، اس کے ساتھ اس کی ایک بیٹی تھی جس کے ہاتھ میں سونے کے دو موٹے موٹے کنگن تھے۔ آپ نے فرمایا: ”کیا تم اس کی زکاۃ دیتی ہو؟“ اس نے کہا: نہیں، آپ نے فرمایا: ”کیا تجھے اچھا لگے گا کہ اللہ عزوجل ان کے بدلے قیامت کے دن تمہیں آگ کے دو کنگن پہنائے؟“ یہ سن کر اس عورت نے دونوں کنگن ( بچی کے ہاتھ سے ) نکال لیے۔ اور انہیں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے آگے ڈال دیا، اور کہا: یہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول کے لیے ہیں۔
