كتاب الزكاة
Rapporté par Bahz ibn Hakim : Mon père m’a raconté que mon grand-père a dit : "J’ai entendu le Prophète dire : Concernant les chameaux qui paissent, pour chaque quarante, une Bint Labboun (femelle de deux ans). Il ne faut pas faire de distinction entre les chameaux lors du calcul. Celui qui la donne en cherchant la récompense, il sera récompensé. Celui qui refuse, nous la prendrons, ainsi que la moitié de ses chameaux, comme l’un des droits de notre Seigneur. Et il n’est pas permis à la famille de Muhammad d’en avoir une part

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزُ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ جَدِّي، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " فِي كُلِّ إِبِلٍ سَائِمَةٍ فِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ ابْنَةُ لَبُونٍ لاَ يُفَرَّقُ إِبِلٌ عَنْ حِسَابِهَا مَنْ أَعْطَاهَا مُؤْتَجِرًا فَلَهُ أَجْرُهَا وَمَنْ أَبَى فَإِنَّا آخِذُوهَا وَشَطْرَ إِبِلِهِ عَزْمَةٌ مِنْ عَزَمَاتِ رَبِّنَا لاَ يَحِلُّ لآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْهَا شَىْءٌ " .
Traduction anglaise
Bahz bin Hakim said:"My father told, me that my grandfather said: 'I heard the Prophet say: With regard to grazing camels, for every forty a Bint Labbun (a two-year old female camel). No differentiation is to be made between camels when calculating them. Whoever gives it seeking reward, he will be rewarded for it. Whoever refuses, we will take it, and half of his camels, as one of the rights of our Lord. And it is not permissible for the family of Muhammad to have any of them
Traduction en ourdou
بہز بن حکیم کے دادا معاویہ بن حیدہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: ”چرائے جانے والے ہر چالیس اونٹ میں ایک بنت لبون ۱؎ ہے، اونٹوں کو ( زکاۃ سے بچنے کے لیے ) ان کے حساب ( ریوڑ ) سے جدا نہ کیا جائے۔ جو شخص ثواب کی نیت سے زکاۃ دے گا تو اسے اس کا ثواب ملے گا، اور جو شخص زکاۃ دینے سے انکار کرے گا تو ہم زکاۃ بھی لیں گے اور بطور سزا اس کے آدھے اونٹ بھی لے لیں گے، یہ ہمارے رب کی سزاؤں میں سے ایک سزا ہے۔ اس میں سے محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے خاندان کے لیے کوئی چیز جائز نہیں ہے“۔
