Rapporté par 'Ali bin Abi Talib : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : "Allah, qu’Il soit béni et exalté, dit : 'Le jeûne est pour Moi et c’est Moi qui en donne la récompense. أَخْبَرَنِي هِلاَلُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى يَقُولُ الصَّوْمُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ وَلِلصَّائِمِ فَرْحَتَانِ حِينَ يُفْطِرُ وَحِينَ يَلْقَى رَبَّهُ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَخُلُوفُ فَمِ الصَّائِمِ أَطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Ali bin Abi Talib that the Messenger of Allah said:"Allah, may He be blessed and exalted, says: 'Fasting is for me and I shall reward for it. The fasting person has two moments of joy: When he breaks his fast and when he meets his Lord.' By the One in whose hand is my soul, the smell that comes from the mouth of the fasting person is better before Allah than the fragrance of musk
Traduction en ourdou
علی بن ابی طالب رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اللہ تبارک و تعالیٰ کہتا ہے: روزہ میرے لیے ہے، اور میں ہی اس کا بدلہ دوں گا۔ اور روزے دار کے لیے دو خوشیاں ہیں: ایک جس وقت وہ روزہ کھولتا ہے، اور دوسری جس وقت وہ اپنے رب سے ملے گا، اور قسم ہے اس ذات کی جس کے ہاتھ میں میری جان ہے۔ روزے دار کے منہ کی بو اللہ کے نزدیک مشک کی بو سے بھی زیادہ پاکیزہ ہے“۔
