Rapporté par Ibrahim bin Muhammad Al-Muntashir, de son père : Il se trouvait dans la mosquée de ‘Amr bin Shurahbil et l’iqamah pour la prière a été dite, ils attendaient. Il est arrivé et a dit : « J’étais en train de prier le witr. » On a demandé à Abdullah : « Peut-on prier le witr après l’adhan ? » Il a répondu : « Oui, et même après l’iqamah. » Et il a raconté que le Prophète (ﷺ) avait déjà dormi et manqué la prière jusqu’à ce que le soleil se lève, puis il a prié

أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْتَشِرِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ فِي مَسْجِدِ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ فَأُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاَةُ فَجَعَلُوا يَنْتَظِرُونَهُ فَجَاءَ فَقَالَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ أُوتِرُ . قَالَ وَسُئِلَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ هَلْ بَعْدَ الأَذَانِ وَتْرٌ قَالَ نَعَمْ وَبَعْدَ الإِقَامَةِ . وَحَدَّثَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ نَامَ عَنِ الصَّلاَةِ حَتَّى طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ ثُمَّ صَلَّى .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ibrahim bin Muhammad Al-Muntashir, from his father, that:He was in the masjid of 'Amr bin Shurahbil and the iqamah for prayer was said, and they were waiting. He came and said: "I was praying witr." Abdullah was asked: "Is there any witr after the adhan?" He said: "Yes, and after the Iqamah." And he narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) once slept and missed the prayer until the sun had risen, then he prayed

محمد بن منتشر کہتے ہیں کہ وہ عمرو بن شرحبیل کی مسجد میں تھے، کہ اتنے میں اقامت ہو گئی، تو لوگ ان کا انتظار کرنے لگے، وہ آئے اور کہا: میں وتر پڑھ رہا تھا، اور کہا: عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہم سے پوچھا گیا: کیا اذان کے بعد وتر ہے، تو کہا: ہاں، اور اقامت کے بعد بھی ہے، اور انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز سے سوئے رہ گئے یہاں تک کہ سورج نکل آیا، پھر آپ نے ( اٹھ کر ) نماز پڑھی۔
