Rapporté par Rabi'ah bin Ka'b Al-Aslami : Je passais la nuit chez le Prophète (ﷺ) et je l’entendais, lorsqu’il priait le Qiyam la nuit, dire : "Subhan Allahi Rabil-Alamin (Gloire à Allah, le Seigneur des mondes)" pendant longtemps, puis il disait : "Subhan Allah wa bi hamdih (Gloire et louange à Allah)" pendant longtemps

أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، وَالأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ كَعْبٍ الأَسْلَمِيِّ، قَالَ كُنْتُ أَبِيتُ عِنْدَ حُجْرَةِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَكُنْتُ أَسْمَعُهُ إِذَا قَامَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ يَقُولُ " سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ " . الْهَوِيَّ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ " سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ " . الْهَوِيَّ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Rabi'ah bin Ka'b Al-Aslami said:"I used to stay overnight at the Prophet's (ﷺ) apartment and I used to hear him when he prayed Qiyam at night saying: 'Subhan Allahi Rabil-Alamin (Glory be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds)' for a long time, then he said: 'Subhan Allah wa bi hamdih (Glory and praise be to Allah) for a long time

ربیعہ بن کعب الاسلمی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے کمرے کے پاس رات گزارتا تھا، تو میں آپ کو سنتا جب آپ رات میں اٹھتے، تو دیر تک «سبحان اللہ رب العالمين» کہتے، پھر «سبحان اللہ وبحمده» دیر تک کہتے۔
